3.8 GAME SHEETS

Prior to the start of the match, the Referee must be provided the following:

i) I.D. cards for all team officials occupying a spot in the technical/bench area.

ii) I.D. cards for all players (when applicable) participating in the match.

iii) A completed game sheet which lists the names of the team officials present at the match. The game sheet shall also include the names and jersey numbers of the players participating in the match.

iv) Guest Players must clearly be identified on the game sheet with a ‘GP’ beside their name.

v) Any player arriving after the kick off, the Referee is responsible to add the player’s name and number to the game sheet prior to completing the game sheet at the end of the match.

vi) Following the conclusion of the match, no person other than the Referee is permitted to write the score or make comments concerning the match on the game sheet. The Referee shall sign the game sheet.

vii) For all U13-U18 Recreational League outdoor matches, the coach of the winning team (or, in the event of a tie, the home team) must mail or drop off the top (white) copy of the game sheet to the WYSA Office, within five (5) days of their scheduled match. No points will be tabulated by the WYSA Office unless confirmed by Official Game sheets. Playoff teams will be placed in the group that their results dictate with official game sheets.

viii) For all U9-U12 Developmental League outdoor matches, the home team must mail or drop off the top (white) copy of the game sheet to the WYSA Office, within five (5) days of their scheduled match.

ix) For all U13-U17 Premier League outdoors matches, the referee will submit the top (white) copy to the WYSA office within 72 hours.

x) For all U9-U12 Recreational outdoor matches, the hosting district shall determine their procedures for game sheet management. (Please drop off to the district office or email your game sheets to admin@stcharles-soccer.com)
